I don't know about you, but my favorite clouds are the weird and scary-looking ones (that could be the reason cloud monsters are attracted to me -- maybe they can sense fear). This one fits the bill. It reminded me of those funny/creepy cartoon characters from way back in the 1930's, with the big black eyes.
Or in this particular case, maybe a pig nose.
