Prickle Rainbow Moon (Mod Photo VIII)

The Horns Of The Moon

Another Moon Shot

A giant industrial-strength crossbow, all wound up, loaded with the Moon, and ready to let fly -- a literal "Moon-shot"!

Another Ilustration

that a cute story would absolutely have to be found, or written, for.

"Hold Me"

After the last Moon post, I was going to wait a while before posting this one, but well, I felt there's something extra special about it.  I took this shot just a couple hours ago, and once I decided on the title I couldn't hold back -- it just seemed a perfect fusion of vision and poetry.

Earthshine

Wow, it was really bright on this occasion.  Looks almost like a lunar eclipse.  Wonder which part of Earth was reflecting light onto the dark portion of the Moon.  Are the oceans higher in albedo than the continents, or is it the reverse?

Fairy Tale Moon

I love this image.  If no fairy tale can be found that this scene can illustrate, one needs to be written.
